These Terms of Service govern your use of the OutWest Pressure Wash website (outwestpw.com) and the services we provide. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

OutWest Pressure Wash provides exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and related services in Sonoma and Marin Counties, California. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the property.

We reserve the right to decline any job that we determine presents safety risks, property damage concerns, or is outside our service area.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided via our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions observed on-site. We will always communicate any changes before beginning work.

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, Venmo, and check.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at 707-332-9501 or outwestpw@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

4. Property Access & Preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned on the scheduled date. Please ensure:

• Vehicles, furniture, and fragile items are moved away from work areas
• Pets are secured indoors during the service
• Windows and doors are closed prior to our arrival
• An outdoor water spigot is accessible

5. Liability

OutWest Pressure Wash takes great care with every property. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: deteriorated caulking or paint, loose siding, improperly sealed surfaces, or aging materials that may not withstand standard cleaning pressure.

We carry general liability insurance. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this site and reserve the right to update content at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
